Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. No Refund Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this period, your session will proceed as scheduled but may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. Beyond Grace Period: Arrivals later than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time may be treated as a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited.
